General
Do I need prior experience to start?
No. The beginner level is designed for someone who has never opened a trading platform, and starts from what a market even is. If you already have experience you can begin at the intermediate level.
How much time do I need each week?
Three to five hours a week is enough to progress steadily. Lessons are short and segmented so you can keep going without disrupting your day.
Is the certificate recognised?
The certificate is issued by the Academy and documents your completion of the curriculum, with a permanent verification link anyone can check. It is not a professional licence from a regulator.
Courses and content
How long do I keep access to a course?
It is stated on each course page. Some courses give lifetime access and others a set number of days, counted from activation rather than from purchase.
Can I download the videos?
No. Videos are for viewing inside the platform only, but attached files such as worksheets and summaries are downloadable.
What if I fail a quiz?
You can retry within the attempts allowed for that quiz. The quiz is a tool to consolidate understanding, not a barrier, and we suggest reviewing the lesson before your next attempt.
Payment and refunds
Which payment methods are available?
Cards through Stripe, and crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) by direct transfer which we verify manually before activation.
When is my access activated after payment?
Card payments activate as soon as the processor confirms. Crypto payments need a manual check that the funds arrived, usually completed within the same working hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of activation provided your progress has not passed 20% of the course. Full details are on the refund policy page.
Partner programme
How do I start with the partner programme?
From your dashboard open "Affiliate" and accept the terms. You get your own link and code immediately.
When is commission calculated?
When a paid purchase completes and the enrollment is activated — not at sign-up. A registration alone produces no commission.
Why is my balance locked and not withdrawable?
Every commission passes through a holding period covering the refund window. Once it ends the amount moves automatically to your withdrawable balance.
What happens if the buyer gets a refund?
The commission tied to that purchase is fully reversed, because the sale it came from no longer exists.
Technical
Does the platform work on mobile?
Yes, the interface is built mobile-first and can be installed to your home screen as an app from your browser.
I forgot my password, what now?
Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You receive a link valid for one hour, and resetting signs out every other session to protect you.
