Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence, and we also want the rules clear before you pay.

Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of access activation, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

Not refundable
Completed courses or those past 20% progress, free courses, and enrollments suspended for breaching the terms.

Crypto payments
Refunds are issued in the same asset and network used for payment. Price movement between payment and refund is not our responsibility.

Effect on the partner programme
When a refund is issued, the related commission is fully reversed from the partner wallet. This is not a penalty; it follows directly from the sale no longer existing.

How to request
Open a support ticket from your account with the order number and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.
