1. Eligibility
Any registered account may join after accepting these terms. The network extends across five levels.
2. When commission arises
Commission arises only when a paid purchase completes and the enrollment is activated. No commission arises from sign-ups alone, from creating accounts, or from any activity without a matching payment.
3. Holding period
Commission stays locked for the period set per level before it becomes withdrawable. That period covers the refund window.
4. Refunds and reversal
When a purchase is refunded, the related commission is fully reversed.
5. What voids entitlement
Self-referral through fake accounts, self-purchase through your own link, misleading data, advertising in the Academy name with return promises, or spam. Any of these voids the commission and exposes the account to suspension.
6. What you must not say
Promising profit or guaranteed income while promoting is strictly prohibited. Talk about the educational content, not imagined earnings.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum and to the published payout methods. We may request identity verification for larger amounts.
8. Changes
Rates and terms may be updated. Changes apply to new commissions only.
